Although there's a rental fee for our other meeting rooms, the Downtown AADL has one meeting room available at no charge. The aadlfreespace requires reservation two-weeks in advance and has a fixed standard set-up of 32 chairs. Check availability and reserve the aadlfreespace for your meeting.
Computer Classes
The Ann Arbor District Library offers a variety of computer classes for both PC and Mac users. Classes are offered free to cardholders and open to non-cardholders for a fee of $10 per class. Registration is taken at any Branch or through a registration phone line at (734)327-8367. Check the current Computer Class schedule for a full listing of class offerings, locations and handouts.
Earned Income Tax Credit Assistance
The AADL in partnership with the Washtenaw County Asset Building Coalition is a site for free tax assistance for those qualified to receive the Earned Income Tax Credit. Appointments are available from early February through mid-April. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call (734) 544-3053.
Exhibits

Library Tours
The AADL offers a variety of tours including, but not limited to: youth, adult, ESL and green tours. Read more about scheduling library tours.
Michigan SHARE Network Access Point
SHARE Network is a unique resource to help individuals become self-sufficient. It is a network like no other bringing together workforce development partners, faith-based organizations, community organizations, and businesses and government agencies. Access the Network for employment resources, opportunities and services in Michigan.
Public Computers
The AADL has public-access Internet computers available for use by both cardholders and non-cardholders at all five locations.
Room Rentals
The AADL has meeting rooms available for rental use by individuals and non-profit or for-profit groups at the Downtown, Malletts Creek and Pittsfield locations. More information including rates and availability.
Study Rooms
Free study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Downtown, Malletts Creek and Pittsfield locations Internet access coverage extends throughout all three of these locations.
