Celebrate Art Fair! We'll provide the paint, supplies, canvases and easels. Three winners will receive gift certificates for art supplies at Michigan Book and Supply ($75, $50, $25). All art will be in a summer exhibit at AADL. Finished pieces will be judged by local artist, Joanie Newberry. Look here for last year's winners.

Online Archive Launch
Celebrate 30 Years of the Ann Arbor Summer Festival when AADL premieres the Ann Arbor Summer Festival Online Archive on Tues., June 4 from 7-8:30 PM at the Downtown AADL. Staff will demonstrate the new online site (available after event), and current and past Festival Staff will reflect upon the 30th anniversary.

Take an online tour of the permanent sidewalk exhibits at sixteen landmark sites throughout downtown Ann Arbor. Learn about the places and progress of Ann Arbor by searching the hundreds of photos or just browsing the exhibits.

This is such a fabulous and fun opportunity for teens to express their individual creativity and vision *however they wish* with a can of spray paint and a blank canvas- literally. I can't wait to see what this year's artists come up with.
