Age 50+ Nia Exercise

Join Megan Rose, dance and fitness instructor at the Ann Arbor YMCA, in the gentle music and movement exercise called Nia. This will take place at the Malletts Creek Branch on Thurs., Dec. 4 at 1-2 pm. Nia was developed in 1983 as an effective body-mind workout minus the jarring joint gyrations of aerobics. This program is designed for ages 50 +, but everyone is welcome. Doing Nia will inspire you to combine music and movement in unique ways for yourself at home. Please join us for this fun exercise program at the library!
