Gentle Nia: Music & Movement for 50+

Nia is a fusion fitness form and cardiovascular workout that combines classic movement forms, martial arts, and the healing arts, including yoga and dance. It tones and trims the body through pleasure, not pain. Instructor Megan Rose will demonstrate this fun, effective fitness program that is adaptable to every fitness level, every age and body type. She currently she teaches at Ann Arbor Yoga, the Ann Arbor YMCA, and Eastern Michigan University, and performs with Ninki Nanka, a company housed at the Tree of Life Studio in Chelsea, Michigan.
