Cookbook Award Winners

James Beard a noted chef and food author lives on in the James Beard Foundation. The foundation's annual awards are the highest honors for food and beverage professionals working in America. They include awards for books, restaurant design, broadcast media, journalism, and restaurant and chef. In fact, Ann Arbor's own Alex Young of Zingerman’s Roadhouse won this year for best chef in the Great Lakes Region!
