2017 Midlands / Northern Conference: Iowa's 5 & Dime Approach: Using an ILS to Tear Down Walls and Build Accessibility presented by Iowa LBPH

On June 6-8, 2017, the Washtenaw Library for the Blind and Physically Disabled hosted the 2017 Midlands/Northern Conference, hosting representatives from Libraries for the Blind and Physically Handicapped in Ann Arbor. The conference focused on the future direction of library services for the blind & physically disabled and preparation for the changes ahead.

Presenters Sarah Willeford, Library Director of Iowa LBPH; Tim West, Digital Recording Specialist/Studio Manager at Iowa LBPH; and Leslie Heinszler, Special Services Librarian at Iowa LBPH present this talk on their implementation of an ILS system to provide better services.
