Description
This workshop will explore energy exercises from Tai chi and Qigong applied as a form of self-healing. Simple, easy-to-learn movements have been carefully selected from Tai chi and Qigong systems which can increase healing energy in the body and circulate it through the acupuncture meridians.
Learn how these practices can help in reducing the impacts of stress, and with managing various health conditions such as muscle, tendon, joint and other pains, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety and more.
This session is led by Joel Robbins who practices acupressure and herbal medicine in downtown Ann Arbor. He has a master’s degree in Chinese medicine and is a certified Tai chi instructor.
This event is co-sponsored by the People's Food Co-Op.
