I hate to be a party pooper on this, because it does look pretty good, but the bike parking wasn't done right. The way the hoops were put in, they're so close to the building that you can't properly park your bike. The hoop is supposed to be positioned to support your bike frame. On a well-placed hoop, you can lock the seat tube to the hoop. On these, you can only lock the front-most part of the top tube or down tube to the hoop. Look up the recommendations in the off-street bike parking part of the off-street parking zoning ordinance for how they're supposed to be placed. Also, all of the bike parking on the north side of the building is now gone. That parking was properly done. Is it coming back?

Is there going to be parking in front of the building again? I noticed this morning (Aug 17th around 10 AM) that the meters are still bagged.

The library looks fabulous!! I had a great time at the library board meeting tonight. Forced my shy self to make a quick speech to earn a badge and met some really cool people. Thank you to all the peple who put in hard work to make the aadl a great place!!

Thank God the construction to the front entrance is finally done!! I don't know why you changed the handicap door entrance, though -- I really don't think what you did there was any kind of an improvement, to be perfectly honest...
