Learn several tips for how older adults can obtain better sleep patterns when Dr. Theodore T. Suh, MD, PhD, MHS, AGSF visits AADL to share his knowledge and advice.

Dr. Suh will discuss the epidemiology of sleep disorders in older adults, changes that occur with sleep as people age, known associations between sleep disorders and common chronic illnesses in the elderly, and share practical tips for improving sleep in seniors.

Dr. Suh received his M.D. and Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and his Master of Health Science degree from Duke University. He is a faculty member at both the University of Michigan and the VA Ann Arbor GRECC. In addition, he serves as Medical Director of the Huron Valley PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly), in Ypsilanti.
