Banish the Winter Blues with Yoga

Get out of your winter funk with yoga that will have you moving and even dancing!
During this session, we will concentrate on the thymus gland, which is responsible for the blood and the immune system. We will also try breathing patterns to connect with our inner essence and will learn a meditation to help avoid depression.
Participants should bring a mat or towel and dress comfortably for the workout.
