Introduction To Linux And The Command Line

Speak to your computer in a language it understands. Learn how to interact with a Linux machine from the command line, navigate the file system, create directories and edit files from the command line, write and invoke scripts, and automate basic tasks. Learn to use the command line for fun and profit!
This class is designed for individuals with strong intermediate computer skills.
Additional workshops on related programming will be offered at the same time and location on Friday, February 15 & Friday, February 22. You are welcome to attend all three workshops - but it is not a requirement for participation.
