Washtenaw County ETCS has funds to assist income-eligible county residents with the cost of energy used to heat your home, including deliverable fuels. Go to the ETCS office now located at 336 Harriet by the Michigan Works! office. Call First: 734-544-6850 to be sure you have the proper documentation.

Washtenaw County ETCS is no longer providing direct assistance for these items at the 336 Harriet office (the only temporary exception is for propane). The Salvation Army is responsible for providing utility assistance; please contact them to set up an appointment. You will need a DHS Decision Letter first.
