GUNDAM FEST

MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM, the Legendary Anime metaseries that redefined the Mecha Genre forever and has spawned countless series, movies, games, manga, and model kits, began 30 years ago this summer. To celebrate 30 years of unstoppable giant robot awesomeness, AADL is building what just might be the finest collection of Gundam stuff in the USA. TV series, movies, music CDs, manga, even books studying the impact of the Gundam Phenomena on our culture, and we're releasing it all to the public at GUNDAM FEST! On Saturday, June 20th, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at the Downtown Library you can watch Gundam Movies, compete in Gundam Battle Videogame tournaments, read Gundam books and manga, and use YOUR library card to TAKE IT ALL HOME. AADL takes Gundam seriously, and if you're not already a Gundam Otaku, here's your chance to start at the beginning and discover every last bit of amazing content that the various Gundam universes have to offer. Don't miss it!
