  • Techniques: Knitting in the round on double-pointed needles, I-cord, mattress stitch
  • Recommended yarn: Fingering-weight yarn, such as Knit Picks Palette, in small amounts of various colors (Scraps from other projects work great!)
  • Recommended needles: Set of size 1 US (2.25 mm) double-pointed needles
  • Finished sizes: Each sushi is 1 to 2 inches tall
