Almost everyone agrees that conservation is hugely important, but few dare to question the movement. In this film, reporter Oliver Steeds investigates the shortcomings of the planet's major conservation organizations. Traveling from Britain to Kenya, from Honduras to the States, he challenges those who often appear beyond reproach because what they do is "good," to take a long, hard look at their policies, practices and partnerships. He asks why some are working with polluting big businesses, and alienating the very people they would need to help them stem the loss of species. Despite the billions being spent each year, Steeds finds that the movement has its priorities wrong at the moment when the very flora and fauna it seeks to save are facing oblivion
