The Byrds Under Review Part 2 continues to develop the fascinating story of a classic American band. In this segment, several music critics turn their ears to the music of The Byrds. While the band's career is extensively profiled and recreated with the help of interviews and rare footage, experts offer their insights into the band's work and legacy. Highlights include footage of the moment when Gram Parson met The Rolling Stones, and a conversation between members of The Byrds talking about the new breakdown of The Band. Additional rare and classic performances are re-assessed by a panel of experts, along with live and studio recordings of Byrds classics, footage and interviews from then and now, and exclusive and extensive contributions from Byrds members John York and Gene Parsons.
