Join us for a dramatic sequence of growth and survival stories in Yellowstone National Park. This natural history film will follow a bison calf, trailing its rigorous and challenging first year in Yellowstone as it is sought out by the infamous grey wolf pack- the Druid Peak wolves. Then witness a hungry female grizzly hunting for elk calves, while the mother bison butts the bear and attempts to save her baby. As autumn moves into winter, some bison break through the ice and drown. An early-emerging grizzly pulls a large bison carcass out of the water onto the ice with great difficulty
