Visiting Malaysia recently, Poh noticed that people eat all sorts of amazing and spicy things in the morning, which has now got her thinking: why do we eat what we eat for breakfast? To find out more about breakfast traditions around the world, Poh shares amazing meals with her Indian friend Ragini Dey and Moroccan restaurateur Mohamed Bartaouch. She also invites Emmanuel Mollois into the kitchen to demonstrate the French art of dipping bread into hot chocolate. So what do you cook a Frenchmen who's visiting for breakfast? Crepes of course! And just to make sure no one starts the day hungry, Poh throws in a soft-boiled egg with Parmesan "soldiers" for good measure
