Hamamatsucho Station is in the Minato Neighborhood of Tokyo and is served by the Yamanote circular line, and the Keihin-Tohoku line, both operated by JR East. It is also the terminus the Tokyo Monorail Haneda Airport Line.
A working Manneken Pis sculpture can be found on the station platform, often dressed in traditional Japanese clothing by the station staff.
