Soy delicious! submitted by willow on October 18, 2017, 8:04pm Despite the name's promise of new recipes, they remind me of 1970s vegetarian food. Lots of tofu, with some tempeh mixed in. The book kept opening to the page of "Eat Loaf," and you just don't get any more old school than a tofu loaf.
