beauty and the beast submitted by avrogers1 on August 29, 2017, 8:23am Wonderful soundtrack from the live action movie that just came out. I absolutely loved hearing the music again and singing along.

Updated Take on a Classic submitted by Meginator on July 6, 2018, 10:50pm I'll admit that it's difficult to listen to this album without comparing it to the soundtrack to the original animated film, which is permanently lodged in my consciousness. I did enjoy most of the new wrinkles in the familiar songs, though Josh Gad's LeFou gets a little too campy for my personal taste, and "Evermore" is a powerful new addition. These songs have staying power, no matter who performs them, and Disney brings its usual quality to this production.
