Geraldine McEwan starts off the series submitted by willow on July 3, 2016, 7:44am Many felt McEwan wasn't quite right as Miss Marple, being perhaps too cute and friendly, but decide for yourself! This series introduces suggestions of the reasons behind Miss Marple's spinsterhood and changes around several plot elements including the identity of the killer. There is also an element of lesbianism introduced to several of the stories.
