In a concise and conversational style, Sodha writes recipes for all kinds of diets and all levels of skill in the kitchen- I've only made a couple of things, but it's hard to choose because everything looks like it'll be great. Sodha also regularly writes vegan recipes for the Guardian, so if you're liking this cookbook you should check her out there (even if, like me, you're not vegan- the dishes are just that good).
