COMMUNITY REVIEWS

excellent series submitted by Jackie77 on August 12, 2015, 11:30pm Awesome series about a high school chemistry teacher turned meth cook. His cancer spurs him to do it to make money for his family in the event of his death. Must watch from beginning season oneall the way to the final episode. Fantastic. His wife is annoying though.

Breaking Bad Season 5 submitted by SBNB on June 23, 2020, 10:35am Season 5 is still pretty good, but it's still going downhill for me.

Heisenberg at Full Power submitted by Meginator on June 12, 2021, 9:28am This season is equal parts enthralling and repellent, as Walter White (as his alter-ego, the meth-producing Heisenberg) reaches his evil zenith. Two of the season’s most enjoyable episodes center on incredible heists that are just plausible enough in the Breaking Bad universe to work; meanwhile, Walt is finally forced to really reckon with the consequences of his actions as he finds himself more estranged than ever from his family, the ostensible reason for everything he has done to this point. It is often uncomfortable to see just how abusive and downright horrible Walt can be, but Heisenberg at his fullest power is the result of a natural progression throughout the series and, if you look closely enough, present in some form from the very first episodes. The final episode of this arc offers a hint of closure, only to open a long-awaited trapdoor in its final seconds that sends the series spiraling to its inevitable conclusion. Don’t watch the final episode unless you’ve got immediate access to the final block of episodes, because from here on out it’s almost impossible not to watch everything play out in a single sitting.
