Sort of Experimental submitted by Meginator on July 11, 2018, 9:25pm Mitski has a fairly unique indie-folk sound with an electric edge to it; it's experimental but still has plenty of familiarity you can get a handle on. This album wasn't really my cup of tea, but I am glad that I took a chance on it.

So good submitted by calinescus on August 2, 2019, 4:24pm This is the Mitski that keeps drawing me back in. This album is more minimal, and a little messier sounding than her later ones. But the song writing and the emotion behind her vocal and guitar performances is just so raw and entrancing.

Fans of her later album "Be the Cowboy" should really give this one a shot. It's amazing and changed my life, probably.
