Must Read submitted by Judeyblu on May 28, 2015, 7:16am I swallowed this book in a day, looking up in surprise to see how late it had gotten as I read 'Just one more chapter.'
The story is told, chapter by chapter, both in the present and in the aftermath of a terrifying plane crash.

This would be a good story for teen through adult, the pace is fast and that characters believable.

Avery finds herself, just as she is starting college, questioning everything she thought she knew about who she was and where she was going.
We know, since she is telling the story, that she survives the crash.
We find out, as she finds out, that she has changed- she can no longer quite trust the one thing she had always been able to believe in; herself.
How do you reinvent yourself when all that you believed to be true changes?

The words paint the picture of Avery's world, her emotions, her struggle.
For a debut book, I'm so very impressed.
