Fast-paced mystery with unique twists submitted by eapearce on March 30, 2015, 4:28pm I loved the pace of this mystery and the unexpected twists and turns it took along the way. When Lily and Ted meet at Heathrow airport and begin talking, the conversation quickly turns bleak. Ted has recently realized that his young wife is having an affair and he is furious and crushed. On the long flight home, a casual conversation turns into a murder plot. The planning and execution of this one murder was enough to keep me hooked through the first half of the book, especially after readers learn more about Lily's backstory and her withheld motivations. As the book reaches the midway point, the "plot thickens," as they say, the pace picks up, and readers learn that not everyone is who they seem.

This was a quick, exciting, and emotionally detached read... great for travel or to pick up for brief periods throughout the day.

Great twists submitted by Pooh3238 on June 17, 2018, 5:36pm Book was a good book with twists and turns
