Not Your Basic Muffin submitted by Sara W on August 27, 2015, 12:45pm This cookbook did a great job of presenting basic recipes and providing multiple variations to change things up based on taste or ingredient availability. I liked that the book was divided by muffin type - corn vs. whole-grain, vs. english and so on. It made it simpler to get right to a recipe for the type of baking you were interested in doing.
