Jennifer Holm for the Win
submitted by cdeucher on July 21, 2023, 8:09am
Ellie is struggling to find her passion when her grandfather Melvin comes to live with them. Science had never been on her radar until her grandfather, now in the body of sullen thirteen year old due to his formulation of a fountain of youth composed from jellyfish. This discovery has gone a bit off the rails so Ellie is enlisted to help him break into his research lab. In the course of this (mis)adventure Ellie finds out a lot about herself. Jennifer Holm is a master and this book will keep middle grade readers on the edge of their seats.
