reset your mindset about eating submitted by camelsamba on August 31, 2018, 9:42pm The core of this book is a 10 day program to reset your thinking about how and what you eat. In fact, he calls it the 10 Day Reset! The days build upon each other: e.g. Day 2 is Diarize, and then you are going to continue keeping a food diary. (Although Day 7 is Indulge and Day 8 is Eat Out - it's not that you do those every day, but you know how to survive them without feeling like a failure.) The next big section is called The Recovery, and in this section he helps you apply the principles from The Reset to ongoing life. He addresses some of the more well-known diet plans (from Ornish to paleo to Weight Watchers) and tells how you incorporate his principles into those eating plans.

What Dr Freedhoff did in this book is identify problems, and give solutions, and help everyone find their own path as a dieter.
