Meh. submitted by ssands on June 26, 2015, 4:15pm Not really an introduction to classic literature, nor a useful baby book. This is a board book that is really for adults. It pretends to teach opposites using Jane Austen, but the illustrations do not really illustrate the ideas well enough to be useful for kids. An adult can interpret them with a bit of effort. It also doesn't really teach anything about the Austen book. Best for humorous effect at the baby shower, I guess.
For the parents submitted by keldan315 on August 27, 2017, 11:35pm A lot of these lit books are just for the parents. This one doesn't offer a whole lot that benefits the baby (of course, reading anything is good, right?).
My nephews liked them. submitted by majean on August 19, 2018, 1:18pm I know people keep saying these are for the parents, but I have bought several for my nephews, and they loved them.
