Good start to a new series submitted by ValerieL on June 25, 2019, 11:49am This book is the first in a series and it's a fun read anytime of year. I personally am a character-driven reader, meaning I can get through a not-so-great plot if there are good characters. Luckily, in this series I don't have to suffer through not-so-great plots. The mystery is fast-paced, well thought out, and there's plenty of red herrings to throw you off. The characters are awesome. They're well-rounded, complex, and just fun.

I highly recommend this series to cozy mystery fans!
