A tiny bit sanctimonious

This book has a lot of great information (not a lot of it is surprising). However, the tone is a bit condescending. Maybe I feel that way because I'm in the throes of morning sickness and can only choke down saltines. The thought of their "Super Salads" and "Super Smoothies" make me gag.
There are good recipes, though, and a lot of detail.
