Clever! submitted by mariekakaye on August 20, 2018, 11:22am This is a clever and humorous book touching upon the well-known crankiness and big emotions of young kids, and how things get worked out in the end. Entertaining for the adult who will read it, and relatable for the kid listening. The illustrations are fantastic - Dan Santat is one of the best illustrators of the day. Samantha Berger is also one of the best children's book authors as well! A real winner all-around!
