Desiree Harper's perfect life as the wife of a high-powered Manhattan doctor comes to a sudden end when her husband says he wants a divorce. He invokes their ironclad pre-nup, leaving her penniless. Desiree moves back to New Jersey to help her father run his struggling bakery. Desiree wants nothing more than to return to her high-class life, spending time with her father causes her to see things differently. She rediscovers her love of baking and puts her business degree to work.
