Kept waiting for the book to get better... submitted by G Barr on April 13, 2014, 9:03pm …it didn't. The plot was beyond an imagination stretch and the book was too long for the value of the story. Plus, I found it difficult to like any of the characters, particularly the "investigators" who had no common sense or morality. Turow must be chasing a buck; this is nowhere near a credible read.
