clever pictures submitted by ssands on August 29, 2014, 3:45pm This picture book shows trees in different places and different seasons. My kid seemed neutral about it, but I really enjoyed the little jokes in the pictures. For example, there's a big tree in front of an apartment building. You see people eating, sleeping, playing etc in the building and they can all be matched up with animals doing the same things in the tree. A picture of trees on a cloudy day has a cloud in front of the branches that looks suspiciously like the bouffant hair do of the lady standing in next to it.
