Best weight loss Book submitted by downing on August 25, 2019, 9:18am I like to read about food and with America's obsession with diets, there's are lots to read. This is the first weight loss book I've read with realistic and healthy information. She goes through each food group and talks about the applicable research. I was really impressed by it's balance and thoughtfulness.
