Helpful workbook for organizing your mind! Need to de-stress and refocus? This book offers plenty of exercises and worksheets for accomplishing that (but of course don't write in it, since it's a library copy!) Lots of good tips, too. I like that this books covers so many different ways that people get distracted and stressed out (people related, job related, health related, etc).
