The Beggar King submitted by SBNB on July 29, 2018, 1:41pm The two previous Hangman's Daughter books were good, and this one follows in the same vein. Great story, interesting historical details. I haven't read the original German yet, so I can't speak to the quality of the translation, but I can say that there must have been a better word to use than "giggles" all the time.
