A local fave! submitted by lisibit on June 15, 2022, 3:31pm Max and Eli Sussman are Ann Arbor natives who made appearances at the now defunct Selma Cafe. They went on to have notable culinary and restaurant careers--both brothers were nominated for the James Beard Rising Star Chef Award. These days Max runs the Pizza Replicator pop-up in town.

I've often recommended this book to college students who are looking for easy yet elevated recipes.
