Boo! submitted by rappingem on June 16, 2017, 2:04pm This book sucks. I mean little kids would like it but a 10 year old. I don't think so. There should be more action and adventure. It is way too babyish. If you are over 5 years old DO NOT GET THIS BOOK.

A Good Reader submitted by KPNF on August 13, 2017, 6:06am This book is exactly what it says it is on the cover: a Level 1 Reader. The illustrations are stills from the PBS Kids show, which is based on an earlier story by the Reys where George makes boats from paper.

We enjoy using it to learn to read because we are reminded of the show and we love George. As a bonus, there are instructions that explain how to make a paper boat!

The Boat Show submitted by SBNB on June 17, 2019, 7:38pm This was a typical Curious George book. He is supposed to look after his friend’s boat, but he ends up sinking it. So he tries to build a new boat before his friend gets back. It’s cute, but it’s definitely not for very beginning readers.
