Not just fake meat submitted by ssands on July 2, 2015, 3:45pm There's a lot of information here, about buying and making tofu, as well as recipes for cooking with it. I really appreciated all the detail when I made my own tofu, although it was a bit confusing, and was grateful for the warning about gypsum from Chinese markets having an off odor. I also like that most of the recipes are for Asian foods rather than attempts at making Western meat substitutes.
