The smurfs movie submitted by tshapla on January 29, 2012, 4:12pm Realy like the smurfs and also the movie but i did want to know what the imprise term [smurf] meant and when Brainy smurf, smurfette, papa smurf,gutsy smurf, grouchy smurf aka. grumpy smurf , and clumsy smurf who caused the problem went to a vortex A.K.A portal they met patrick and smurfed the Blue moon to go back to there smurf village yep, things got crazy when all the smurfs got chased by the evil bad Gargamel. but i also like the smurfs grapic novels. you shoud watch the movie and read the grapic novels

Also, if you like humor, this movie is great for you and your whole family. It is very interesting to see these little blue creatures experience life in our world, which is much more technologically advanced than theirs. The evil wizard Gargamel is very funny as well, and he brings lot of humor into the film instead of fright. This movie is great for movie nights, and I recommend that you watch it.

to get home.really heartwarming and funny! look for blue things like
the ads on the taxis!

A true family film submitted by cherylo on August 4, 2012, 9:14pm An adaptation that not only honors its origins and history, but also is smart and wickedly funny. There are plenty of laughs for anyone. Neil Patrick Harris delivers a great performance, as does Hank Azaria as the antagonist wizard Gargamel. All around a wonderful light entertainment.

Fun! submitted by andrea on August 30, 2013, 9:53pm I watched this with my kids, who had never seen the original Smurfs shows. I thought I would be disappointed, as someone who grew up watching the Smurfs, but I was pleasantly surprised. This is a fun family movie.
