Fun and inviting

This book was just plain fun. Comic action adventure told in novel form (literally).
Originally a series of graphic novels, the Foglios have revamped the story to be narrative. They do a good job translating the picture format of the originals into narrative description. There are quite a few characters to keep track of, and there's not a lot of depth, but the action is fun and inviting, making it a quick read that will make you smile and occasionally laugh out loud.
