Batman & Robin submitted by Fevvers - STAR473 on August 10, 2013, 4:07am A mature story with some excellent humor strewn in, continuing from Volume.1 of this Grant Morrison-written series. The art is not as consistently strong as in the first volume, but the story is still strong and the characterizations are winning. Suddenly, I find myself a fan of Damian Wayne as Robin. His relationship with Dick Grayson/Nightwing, who is filling in for the recently deceased/lost Bruce Wayne, is indeed dynamic. An unexpectedly intriguing duo.
Solid continuation of the Morrison run submitted by valjean on August 30, 2018, 6:23am Even though this technically ties into the Blackest Night story, you don't need to read it, all you need to know going in is that there is suspicion that Bruce Wayne isn't dead. This leads to some fun globe-trotting adventures before coming back to more Black Glove (from Batman R.I.P. and Batman: The Black Glove) plot threads that develop. No storylines really wrap up here, since this is the middle volume in the series, but it is a strong read despite having that 'middle child' syndrome.
