Sid's not too happy when rain threatens to squash his play date outside. But the more Sid learns about the rain, the more he understands how important precipitation is! In fact, Sid is learning about all the weather conditions and how they affect our world.

If this was around when my kids were little... submitted by Xris on July 31, 2018, 12:24am ...I most definitely would have had them watch this. Great inquiring minds as the characters! I like that they have actual kids doing their experiments too. (But hard to believe that all they're learning at this school is science and nothing else.)

Each episode highlights a different science/technology/engineering topic and goes through the scientific method with the kids. This DVD is all about the weather. There are four episodes, one each for the topics wind, sun, temperature, and rain.

Weird animation submitted by Sara W on July 20, 2019, 3:10pm The animation is SO weird in this series that it makes it hard to enjoy, or even appreciate the content. Sid has been deep into explaining clouds or something, and my kida start asking about why his mouth does that or if his head is ok. This is a classic Henson Studios problem.
