Is access to clean drinking water a basic human right, or a commodity that should be bought and sold like any other article of commerce? Stephanie Soechtig exams the big business of bottled water. Viewers get a behind-the-scenes look into the unregulated and unseen world of an industry that aims to privatize and sell back the one resource that ought never to become a commodity: our water. Here is a powerful portrait of the lives affected by the bottled water industry.

Most see documentary of the year! submitted by pmysore on August 15, 2011, 7:24am This movie was an eyeopener about the bottling industry. It is amazing how badly rigged the system is. It talks about the right for people for free access to quality drinking water. The most shocking part was when i learned that the quality of water provided by the bottling industry is unregulated and in lot of cases the city drinking water is subject to higher standards of quality testing than bottled water. Dont miss the movie!
Beware submitted by ftan on July 15, 2012, 11:34am This movie is highly motivating. Be warned however, you may not ever drink bottled water again. Actually, you shouldn't. Bottled water is a major player in pollution, cancer, and other serious issues.
