Former rock singer Hollis Henry and ex-addict Milgrim, an accomplished linguist, are at the front line of a sinister proprietor's attempts to get a slice of the military budget. When a Department of Defense contract for combat-wear turns out to be the gateway drug for arms dealers, they gradually realize their employer has some very dangerous competitors--including Garreth, a ruthless ex-military officer with lots of friends. Set largely in London after our post-Crash times.

From the man who defined the term "cyber-punk" submitted by edcline on August 2, 2011, 6:15pm Mix a used-to-be almost-was rockstar, a recovering addict, and a marketing trends developer; throw in the murky world of military fashion contracting; add a smattering of 'douche baggage' and you get "Zero History". This is a plot that could only come from the mind of William Gibson, and only he could make it such an entertaining and engaging read. And Milgrim even gets lucky!

Well worth the time!
