Mostly soy-free

While this book does not specifically say that the recipes are soy-free, when I read the introduction it plainly said, "The gluten-free, casein-free, soy-free diet is the most common type of autism diet and is the focus of this book." A look through the majority of the recipes and the list of ingredients that one should avoid also showed that this book does qualify as a good resource for "soy-free" foods.
Since the book itself clearly states that its focus is on soy-free cooking, I have included it on my list of soy-free resources. However, I have not actually tried any of the recipes so I cannot say whether or not they taste good. I simply looked through the book to make sure the recipes were soy-free.
